shadcn/ui select on DESIGN.md tokens. The trigger is an Input: 32 / 40 / 48px for sm / default / lg, surface fill, border-input edge, 4px radius. The list is the same floating surface as the dropdown menu. For five or fewer fixed choices prefer radio buttons; for free text with suggestions, a combobox.
